Refurbishment of existing buildings for the creation of a new freeschool.
The project consist of the refurbishment of several buildings in the Gildredge House complex, which had previously served as a training college for dentists.
A single-storey extension built in the 1970s along Love Lane was demolished, with a new sports hall constructed.
The existing computer building has a new three-storey extension constructed on the southern side and the existing courtyard was in-filled with a new skylight. Other minor refurbishments were carried out in the complex, ranging from inserting new steelwork to the replacement of load-bearing walls and the creation of new door openings.
The project was completed under the SCAPE framework with EOC working closely with the Willmott Dixon design and construction teams.
