Valentina has a wealth of experience in leading the delivery of a variety of projects across different building sectors, from high-rise residential and commercial to educational and entertainment buildings and pavilions. In her experience, Valentina has successfully lead a number of refurbishment projects, where the principles of circularity and adaptive reuse, developed through the internal R&D initiatives, were applied.
As a member of the management group, Valentina is leading a series of initiatives to support the growth of the London team including the development of the practice’s knowledge sharing strategy and the professional development scheme as well building a stronger network with other industry leaders to face the common industry challenges.
