In the UK we prepare National Planning Policy Framework compliant flood risk assessment reports for all flood zones including zone 3, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. We have expertise in fluid mechanics to understand actual dynamic behaviour of water and think creatively to challenge flood authorities where necessary, without relying solely on published flood maps.
